Community Living Greater Sudbury believes in the principles of social inclusion, individual choice, independence, and rights for the people we support. We extend this belief to work colleagues, families of people supported and visitors to our facilities.
Community Living Greater Sudbury management and employees foster an atmosphere where every person is a respected individual. We celebrate accomplishments, respect, diversity, and value one another for individual contributions towards the common goal of supporting the individuals we care for.
Community Living Greater Sudbury embraces diversity, inclusion, and personal development. We respect basic human rights and fundamental freedoms. We share the responsibility of promoting understanding, tolerance, and friendship among people with diverse backgrounds, religious beliefs, or sexual orientations.
Land Claim and Inclusivity Acknowledgement
As a commitment of Truth and Reconciliation, CLGS acknowledges the traditional lands of the Wahnapitae First Nation. CLGS also acknowledges the contributions of Inuit, Metis, and all Indigenous Robinson-Huron Treaty of 1850. We acknowledge as settlers that we reside and work on the traditional lands of the Atikameksheng Anishnawbek which also includes the contributions of Inuit, Metis, and all Indigenous people throughout Canada as they have shaped and strengthened our communities on Turtle Island.
CLGS welcomes everyone from all walks of life. We do not discriminate against any marginalized community. CLGS is dedicated to fostering a zero tolerance for bullying and harassment as outlined in our policy. We encourage any person that feels they are being discriminated against to please talk to their manager so that it may be dealt with in a timely and respectful manner.

ICGS reconnaît également les contributions des Inuits, des Métis et de tous les peuples autochtones du Canada, qui ont façonné et renforcé nos communautés sur l'Île de la Tortue.
ICGS accueille les gens de tous horizons. Nous ne discriminons pas à l'égard de toute communauté marginalisée. ICGS pratique une tolérance zéro à l’égard de l'intimidation et du harcèlement, tel que décrit dans notre politique. Nous encourageons toute personne qui se sent victime de discrimination à en parler à son gestionnaire afin que la question soit réglée en temps opportun et de façon respectueuse.
