The Board of Directors meet once monthly (no meetings in July and August). The Board has three sub-committees; Finance/Facilities (meet prior to the Board Meeting), Human Resources and the Resources & Community (meet when needed).
The Board of Directors’ Annual General Meeting is held in June of each year. Annual Report summarizing the year’s events or significant information is presented by CLGS Executive Director and the Chairs of the Board Sub-committees. Elections are held at this time, the auditor’s report is presented, followed by any other scheduled special presentation. Stakeholders, community members, employees and any other interested person, are welcome to attend.
